howdy, anyone who sees this !! my name is ray, and i made this blog to document my life, my art, and my thoughts in a public space 
im not a big fan of modern social media- i dont care about followers, or views, or likes and really hate the sort of environments places like twitter and tiktok have developed over the years.. its absolutely exhausting seeing drama and stupid, rude weirdos get hundreds of thousands of likes every day 
but !! as much as i hate social media, i do still want to share my art and thoughts with others; even if no one sees any of this, it makes me feel good to put myself out there, yknow ? 
i hope my blog will help me scratch that sharing "itch," while avoiding the stress of getting popular 
(i originally wanted to make my own website from the ground up to do that, but im not knowledgeable enough in any coding program to do that.. id love to learn how to code, though- its a useful skill to have !)
